Ms. Miao Jie (Jessica) is a seasonedfinance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis, budgetmanagement, and corporate finance. She currently serves as Head of OverseasFinancial Analysis at SF Express International Business Center, Shenzhen, arole she has held since March 2024, after leading the budget management andfinance analysis team at the company’s headquarters from August 2019 toFebruary 2024.

Prior to joining SF Express, Ms. Miaoheld key finance leadership positions, including Finance Director for theCutting Division at Jack Sewing Machine Co., Ltd. (Germany/China), BusinessController at Nokia Solutions and Networks (Shanghai), and Accounting Managerat ZTE Deutschland GmbH (Germany). She also gained early experience in groupaccounting at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and in audit at KPMG, Germany.

Ms. Miao holds a Bachelor’s and Master’sdegree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Banking, fromthe University of Mannheim, Germany, one of the country’s top-ranked businessschools. Her strong background in international finance and corporatemanagement equips her to contribute effectively to KEX’s strategic oversightand financial governance.
